We must consider these other important factors in living: fresh air, exercise, rest, sunshine, a happy mental attitude, and having a purpose for your life.
~ Fresh air! We can’t live with out air! I suggest doing a daily routine of a specific number of deep breaths in the freshest air you can... (might be inside, but preferably outside if the air quality is good).
~ Yes, exercise! It can be just walking and you are going to have to do some resistance exercises! That can be by heavy gardening, or a specific resistance exercise program.
~ Rest! Quiet, peaceful rest, where you realize a deep sleep.
~ Sunlight! We can’t live with out this either! Yes,... too much of a good thing can be bad, but we do need it to synthesize Vitamin D. Get yours while you do your breathing exercises.
~ A happy mental attitude will go a long way in maintaining your health.
